We have few days left for the most long-awaited day of the year. we are both busy and not thinking of herself, but I got you covered. let’s be honest, when was the last time you went for a facial therapy since the beginning of December? I will leave that to you.

Myself I’ve been the busiest lady in town leave alone a working mother of twice, the time has never been on my side this season like I said the last time it’s for the best. I wanted to share some tips that will help you during this busy time of the year. For those who have acne issues or oily skin, you know how difficult it can be if you don’t take care of your face. I know how it feels like when you are stressed and you have no time in your hand to visit a facial salon.

Another thing that can happen is that you have time but your best local spar is fully booked on your free day. Freakout no more, you can actually give yourself a good facial treatment right at home, when you are busy taking care of your chores. Have in mind that you won’t spend any penny since what you will be using is all home remedies, they will leave your skin glowing and ready for the happy Christmas.

These home remedies are things that I’ve tried and trust me they do wonders. I guess sometimes you have to have nothing to discover something. I started using these home remedies because of time limits to visit a salon.

Coffee can be used as facial mask or scrub but I will leave that for later let’s explain the benefit of this brown beans. Coffee has an antioxidant that helps prevent premature aging.

It helps in calming the skin, I tried it and it felt so nice, what you need to know is that it will tighten the skin so you need a very good moisturizer after use. It brightens the skin, makes it even.

I love it for cooking, Turmeric will help with your acne spots. I have tried it and it does the miracle, it also brightens the skin giving it a glowing look. Turmeric contains curcumin which has many health benefits including being antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.

It’s known for soothing the skin and helps with sunburn.

If you have oily skin then this is for you, tomato juice helps control the facial oil but remember to be consistent with it to have the best result. It has a salicylic acid, a common ingredient in acne products. It cleanses and exfoliates to remove dead skin cells that can clog pores and cause acne, whiteheads or blackheads.

Just like coffee, it has an antioxidant that helps prevent premature aging. Not forgetting that it tightens large pores. I use it once or twice a week and every time my skin is always fresh after use.

We eat them but we forget that they can be used externally too. potatoes are rich in vitamin B and C, it helps in brightening and toning of the skin. If you have dark under eye circles, slice it and place it on the dark spot for 15-20′  rinse it with lukewarm water. You will see a huge difference.

Since it has a skin whitening capabilities, I would advise not to use it regularly if you don’t want skin whitening instead apply it on the acne spots, for example, to even the tone. This most consumed food helps with calming sunburn and skin redness.
